The Summary Plan Description (also called the SPD) describes the key features of the Pension Fund benefits program. Please note that the SPD was last issued in July of 2007, and has since been modified by amendments and clarifications which are included below.

Plan Changes and Clarifications

1/01/2007 :	eligibility for early retirement pension
1/01/2007:	disability crediting
1/01/2008 :	value of past credits; death of an eligible or vested employee before retirement
1/01/2008:	pension benefit increase
1/01/2010:	nonspouse rollover
1/01/2000:	adjustments to PPA and PFEA
1/01/2008:	limitations on benefits under code section 415
