FUND OFFICE NOW ACCEPTS

CREDIT CARDS 

The Fund Office is now accepting self-pay premium payments with credit cards. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Only Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. We DO NOT accept American Express.

2. Credit card payments may be made in person at the Fund Office, over the phone by calling (212)247-5225 or on our website, fundoneiatse.com.

3. Credit card payments are subject to the same deadlines and penalties as payments made by cash or check.

4. No one may make a credit card payment on your behalf. We will only accept payments for your coverage on your credit card.

5. Payments by credit card must be for the full amount of the quarterly self-pay premium, including any applicable late penalty or other fees. Partial credit card payments are not permitted.
